Hi there and welcome to my website.
I’m Maria, a professional Wedding, Family Portrait and Commercial Photographer based in South Wales.
Photography is a huge part of my life and I was fortunate to have my artistic skills nurtured from an early age. Having grown up in a creative family, I've studied photography through school, university, climbed a successful career ladder, established a great business & reputation and won many awards along the way.
I have two children and appreciate the true value of photographs. They are a key to our past and over time, as memories fade, they do become priceless.
Your wedding day is one of the most significant days of your life. Every wedding has a different story to tell and I believe it should be captured in a way that reflects both of you.
I look for moments which will make you smile for years to come. These are not just found in the ceremony, the group shots or the first dance, but in all the emotion that fills the day. The way you look at each other or that moment when you kiss. Letting your day unfold naturally allows me to create the perfect album that tells your story the way it should be told.
Your children are not children for very long. I strongly believe its so important to document your children and family at numerous stages of their lives. In a world full of mobile phones, Instagram, Facebook etc… nothing quite beats a beautiful photograph of your family hanging on your wall. Its the simple things in life that make us smile each day and its these things that always mean the most.
If your business/brand requires engaging imagery of people from all walks of life, we should talk. I have spent many years working with a wide range of companies from Breast Cancer Care, Public Health Wales, Kidney Wales Foundation plus many more. Helping each with their commercial imagery needs.
I am also founder of Wales' biggest online Wedding Blog Cwtch The Bride and organiser of CWTCHFEST, A huge Welsh Wedding Festival taking place on Sunday 17th April 2016 at The Glanusk Estate. I love a Cwtch too, hence why me and my team are known as The Cwtch Girls.
